After a five-year professional career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, Rachel made the decision to focus her energies toward home and raising her daughter, born in October 2015 and son, born in March 2018. Along with her husband Mark, she has lived just south of Denver in Centennial since July 2013.

Serving Denver Pres as Director of Finance has been a fulfilling outlet for Rachel’s skills in organization, project management, and accounting, particularly in the not-for-profit space where she spent most of her auditing career. She remains a CPA in the states of Texas and Colorado. While Rachel’s personal interests tend to reflect her air-conditioned upbringing in Dallas, Texas (reading, crafting, baking and home design), she loves living in Colorado and is always eager to explore more of its outdoor wonder!
