Mary Taylor is a proud Tennessean, born and raised in Memphis. Her love of teaching and nurturing children has shaped much of her life, including her college summer job as a camp counselor where she met her future husband, Michael. It eventually led her to graduate from the University of Tennessee with a Master of Arts in Elementary Education. Before moving to Denver, she was an elementary school teacher in Memphis for five years.

Mary Taylor cares deeply about helping children learn and grow, and is thankful for the opportunity to serve children and their families in our church. She desires to help the kids of DPC grow in their knowledge and love of God as they encounter Him each week. She is excited to serve on the Children’s Nurture team to foster a safe and joyful environment for the kids in our church family.

The Edwards enjoy connecting deeply with friends, playing games, and going on adventures with their three kids.
