The Season of Lent

Beginning on Ash Wednesday and lasting for 40 days (not counting Sundays),
Lent is a season of fasting and repentance in preparation for Easter. As we reflect upon Jesus’ sacrifice for us, we experience anew our deep brokenness and need for him.
