Christa is a Colorado native and grew up near Colorado Springs. She attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins and became part of a wonderful church community where she experienced the beauty, love, and acceptance of Christ. While at CSU Christa also met her husband Chris. They were married shortly after college and moved to downtown Denver. They became part of the amazing community of Denver and joined a multicultural church in the city.

Chris and Christa have three sons, and they enjoy raising their boys near the mountains and the city. Their family has been part of the Denver Pres community since 2015.

Christa has worked as an executive administrator, life skills specialist for adults with developmental differences, substitute teacher, and stay-at-home mom. She enjoys following her husband on adventures, watching her sons learn and grow, exploring the foothills and mountain trails, and connecting deeply with family and friends. She is passionate about Jesus’ abundant love for us and His redemptive work in the world.
